Jennifer Lee writes and teaches the essay in its many forms—personal, portrait, reverie, lyric, and list.  In addition to teaching undergraduate courses in nonfiction, she serves as the Associate Director of Composition and directs CEAT, the English Department’s practicum for new teaching assistants and fellows.  Her writing has been published in the Mid-American Review, Critical Quarterly, and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.  She is currently at work on a book of essays about Eros and silence.
